Trace Townhomes

The next three townhomes to be constructed on the lot next door to my live/work townhome. These are primarily for empty nesters such as myself. There will eventually be 8 townhomes in this mixed use zoning fronting on a city park, with a " Rails to Trails " bike path that runs through the center.
