Do you have some kind of contract with the city to fix upcoming of strip commercial eyesores? Is some decent architecture a requirement for a building permit?
we don't have any contract.....the review board slammed the prototype that they submitted and advised them that they should reach out to local architects for help....they did!
You guys did a good job working with what you had. Much better than they started with.
