That's a great design for a simple two story commercial building. The details are all very nice and well proportioned. The rendering is very beautiful. Is it the work of Joshua Hale? I really like the grey tone technique. It is much less distracting than full color so clients are able to focus on the design elements rather than how they feel about the color yellow.
